Barack Obama is having great fun making lipsticky pig remarks, but if Barack Obama is about real change, why did he pick an old guard politician as his running mate?

Perhaps he knows that his own experience is so limited that he needs the experience of the "same as usual" politician to guide him through the waters of "same as usual" Washington politics?  Change?
